I created this worksheet based on the way I personally journal when times are tough and my mind is racing. The intention with the Daily Check-in template is to help you focus on the positives and track your mood in the morning and again at night while allowing you to not feel overwhelmed by tasks and to-dos. One of the simplest way to practice self care is to check in with yourself throughout the day and ensure you're focusing on the things that can help you stay a little more positive, uplift your mood and break tasks down in their simplest form so they are manageable.
